Charentaise house with green wooded park on a total area of 3500m².
You can sit on one of the garden furniture along the English River or at the edge of the basin to admire the fish lulled by the lapping of the water from the waterfalls.
A little further on, you will discover the mini farm where its animals await you alongside exotic birds.
On the other side you will have access to the summer kitchen with barbecue and pizza oven next to the hut, before arriving at the heated swimming pool where you can swim in an exotic setting next to palm and banana trees.

You can relax in the four corners of the park, take a break in the shade of the orchard or on the dedicated tables where you can have breakfast.
On your way, you can even admire the colors and songs of exotic birds and ducks as well as our mini farm for the pleasure of young and old.

Stroll in the park, one afternoon
Geographic location
- In accordance with the latest health rules in force, the health pass is compulsory for stays in guest rooms as well as for access to the swimming pool. It is not mandatory for stays in gites.
- Arrivals from 4 p.m.
- Notify the host of your arrival by SMS or telephone
- Flow management by welcoming holidaymakers room after room or gîte
- Departures no later than 11 a.m.
- Individual breakfasts on order delivered the day before by SMS, email or paper
- Allocation of an outdoor table in the park for the duration of the stay
- Each holidaymaker will bring these toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, etc.) and a pen
- Each holidaymaker airs the room(s) of the rented property (radiators off)
- Provision of hydroalcoholic gel in the common room
- Each of the rooms and the gîte will be cleaned and disinfected between each stay by the owner.
