This 45m² house will allow you to discover the wonders of the Périgord Noir, in complete peace of mind, far from the daily hustle and bustle.
The outdoor courtyard is common to the two gîtes and gives access to the carport which allows the parking of 2 vehicles.

Transfers
Geographic location
- In accordance with the latest health rules in force, the health pass is compulsory for stays in guest rooms as well as for access to the swimming pool. It is not mandatory for stays in gites.
- Arrivals from 4 p.m.
- Notify the host of your arrival by SMS or telephone
- Flow management by welcoming holidaymakers room after room or gîte
- Departures no later than 11 a.m.
- Individual breakfasts on order delivered the day before by SMS, email or paper
- Allocation of an outdoor table in the park for the duration of the stay
- Each holidaymaker will bring these toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, etc.) and a pen
- Each holidaymaker airs the room(s) of the rented property (radiators off)
- Provision of hydroalcoholic gel in the common room
- Each of the rooms and the gîte will be cleaned and disinfected between each stay by the owner.
