The Charente Maritime is cradled on its coastline by the waters of the Atlantic Ocean. The department is drawn by 463 km of coastline and intertwined with an archipelago of islands which brings you back the sweetness of life: The island of Oléron, Ré, Aix and Madame.

Alongside La Rochelle and its old port, the royal rope factory of Rochefort and its arsenal from where the Hermione sails to America, Saintes and its arenas, the old fortifications of Vauban, several sites are Listed as World Heritage by UNESCO: The citadel of Saint Martin de Ré, the Saint-Eutrope basilica in Saintes, the Pilgrims' Hospital in Pons and the Church of Saint Pierre de la Tour d'Aulnay.
The Seudre estuary invites you to its salt marshes and oyster farms. Its hinterland overflows with many architectural treasures and extends its vineyards: Cognac and Pineau accompany the territory.
To the west, its immense oyster basin has made the department famous for its fine and special clear oysters, known throughout the world, to be tasted with Surgères butter.
The Charente Maritime is an ideal playground for sports and nature lovers.

- In accordance with the latest health rules in force, the health pass is compulsory for stays in guest rooms as well as for access to the swimming pool. It is not mandatory for stays in gites.
- Arrivals from 4 p.m.
- Notify the host of your arrival by SMS or telephone
- Flow management by welcoming holidaymakers room after room or gîte
- Departures no later than 11 a.m.
- Individual breakfasts on order delivered the day before by SMS, email or paper
- Allocation of an outdoor table in the park for the duration of the stay
- Each holidaymaker will bring these toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, etc.) and a pen
- Each holidaymaker airs the room(s) of the rented property (radiators off)
- Provision of hydroalcoholic gel in the common room
- Each of the rooms and the gîte will be cleaned and disinfected between each stay by the owner.
